My Tech Journey

Technology is the future, there is almost nothing today in the world that doesn’t have a touch of technology in it, and that makes it easier and faster.

I had always wanted to gain a digital skill, though I have done a number of courses online, even at that I still want a real-life experience, so seeing the opportunity, I grabbed it with both hands.

Thanks to God, the time I have been waiting, is nowhere. I got to know of this wonderful opportunity in a WhatsApp group, I belong in, [YALI Abia Chapter], the link was shared there, and after much inquiries, I learned that the training will be happening in Umuahia City, organized by SOFTICU Technology, in partnership with IGHUB and PIND foundation. I got registered and also shared the link to other groups and send it to other of my friends, who may also want such opportunity, at least 5 of my friends, got to know of the Opportunity at SOFTICU, through that way.

The first week of the program has been so great, I have learned a lot, aside from my track, I have also gained little knowledge on Front and Back end developing, Mobile App development, Careers in ICT, Digital Marketing, Graphics, and Cyber Security, etc.

Am so glad and grateful to God, for SOFTICU TECHNOLOGY, IGHUB AND PIND FOUNDATION, for creating this great opportunity, to help Youths, gain digital skill in the Tech World. My promise is that I will be so committed to the training and if possible, by God’s grace, get the chance to work with this technology Company.

Now as I go fully into my track this week, hopes are high and expectations are for the best, am trusting God and believing in myself that this next 3 months will be great for me, and at the end, I will be proud to attach in my CV, a digital skill in Digital Marketing.
